Timber Pest Inspections
Our inspections are carried out according to the Australian Standards 4349.3. With reasonable access the inspection will include an assessment of the following areas: the interior of the building, the exterior of the building, the roof space, the underfloor space, the roof exterior & the site.
Once you have made a booking our dedicated office staff will arrange a convenient time to carry out your inspection and liaise directly with your agent or vendor. We provide our customers with a pre-engagement agreement detailing what we will be doing during the inspection as part of our obligation to you.
Your report will include digital photos of any problem areas which will help to relay the significance of any items mentioned within the report. You will be encouraged to meet on site during the inspection to be advised by your inspector of any issues that may require attention. If you cannot attend the inspection your inspector is happy to discuss the report with you. Once your inspection has been completed, your report can be picked up the next day from our conveniently located office or emailed, faxed or posted to you.

We also include termite management quotations at your request.
As part of our service we regularly email our client’s solicitors/conveyancers a copy of your report so you need only call them to discuss any issues raised that may require your consideration. TKO Pest Management operate independently and guarantee your confidentiality. We do not divulge our findings to any other parties without your request to do so.
